With a strong global presence, they operate in mainland China, Singapore, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, and the United States.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our semiconductor projects team in our North Phoenix office. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in managing complex construction facility infrastructure projects, including pipelines, treatment plants, distribution systems, and related work.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence and oversee the planning, management, coordination, and execution of the company’s industrial water/wastewater projects.

  • Lead design-build teams, including design professionals and consultants, throughout the design and construction phases.

  • Effectively manage multiple trade vendors and subcontractors.

  • Exercise vigilant monitoring and control over construction progress through on-site management.

  • Maintain oversight of project financials, ensuring adherence to budgets as projects progress.

  • Conduct subcontract negotiations and efficiently procure equipment and materials, including negotiation of purchase orders.

  • Identify, estimate, quote, and negotiate changes to contracts.

  • Approve invoices and time sheets.

  • Foster staff development by serving as a mentor and role model.

  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.

  • May be responsible for developing or overseeing the development of new proposals.

  • Define project scope and resource requirements necessary for successful project completion.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Identify and initiate new project development opportunities.

  • Maintain ongoing open communication with clients.

  • Represent the company in project meetings.

  • Provide support to Executive Management upon request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Semiconductor Construction Industry is required.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and effective time management abilities.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • International Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
